How much does rent start at, and what is included in the rent?
Current pricing is available on our Floor Plans page and is updated regularly. The listed price is the base monthly rent, and every home includes one complimentary reserved parking space.
What amenities are included in the apartments and throughout the community?
Our homes feature stainless steel appliances, full-size in-home washers and dryers, oversized windows, spacious floor plans, and 9-foot ceilings with vaulted ceilings up to 12 feet in select top-floor homes. Community amenities include a seasonal heated pool and spa, 24-hour fitness center, secure parcel locker room, playground, and two off-leash dog parks.
Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?
Yes! Highgrove welcomes up to two pets per home. Breed restrictions apply. Pet costs include a $200 refundable deposit, a $300 one-time fee, and $50 monthly pet rent per pet. Residents and their pets can also enjoy our two on-site dog parks.
What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?
We currently offer 12-month lease terms. At this time, short-term leases are not available.
How do I schedule an in-person or virtual tour?
Scheduling a tour is easy! Click the "Book a Tour" button on our website or contact our leasing office by phone. We'd be happy to help you find a time that works for you.
How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?
To apply, click "Apply Now" at the top of our website. The application fee is $63.50 per applicant. Applicants must have a monthly household income of at least 2.5 times the rent and complete a credit and background screening.
Is parking available for residents and guests?
Yes! Every apartment home includes one complimentary reserved parking space. Additional carports and garages are available to rent, while townhomes include an attached garage and driveway parking. Guest parking is also available throughout the community.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
Utilities are billed separately from rent. Water, sewer, garbage, pest control, and common area gas and electric are billed monthly through the community based on an allocation method. Electricity for your home is billed directly by the utility provider.
Is the community gated or secured?
Highgrove is not a gated community. However, we have a nightly courtesy patrol that helps monitor the property after hours.
What schools serve the community?
Highgrove is located within the Mukilteo School District. Nearby schools include Odyssey Elementary School, Voyager Middle School, and Mariner High School. Higher education and childcare options are also nearby, including Everett Community College and Kids N Us Early Learning School.
What public transportation, highways, and commuter options are nearby?
Highgrove is conveniently located near I-5, making commuting throughout the Seattle area easy. We're also close to local bus routes, Paine Field Airport, the Lynnwood Light Rail Station, and nearby park-and-ride locations.
What restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment are nearby?
Residents enjoy convenient access to a variety of local dining and entertainment options, including Dick's Drive-In, La Palmera Family Mexican Restaurant, Tapped Mukilteo, Sparta's Pizza & Pasta House, and McMenamins Mill Creek. Nearby attractions include Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park, Angel of the Winds Arena, Lighthouse Park, Everett Memorial Stadium, as well as grocery stores and everyday shopping just minutes away.
